As a member of Eric's Piano School, you agree to the following policies:
Benefits of your EPS Membership:
- Lesson Books and materials are given as needed and included in tuition prices.
-Students can expect to receive about $40-70 of music per year already included in their tuition price.
-Your tuition includes participation in recitals.
Media Release:
Eric's Piano School reserves the right to any photograph/video taken at our teaching location. By signing this form, you are giving your permission for any media that is recorded for EPS use. Any parent or student who does not wish to have their image recorded or photographed should make their wishes known in writing to eric@ericpiano.com
- Eric's Piano School operates year-round on a three-semester basis (Fall, Spring, Summer) taking into account major holidays (Thanksgiving and December festivities). You may view our calendar here.
- Students reserve a specific weekly lesson time (e.g. Monday’s 6:00-6:30 PM). Each student/parent is responsible for the month's tuition fees for all lessons (except holidays). Fees are calculated based on the number of lessons per month.
- Once enrolled in music lessons, we'll keep you enrolled month-to-month until you tell us you need to pause or withdraw. If you need to pause or cancel your enrollment, you must submit written notice to eric@ericpiano.com prior to the 1st of the month to avoid further charges.
- If a cancellation simply is unavoidable, the day before notice is required for the opportunity for rescheduling. In the event of illness, lessons can be switched to online or pre-recorded lessons. Without prior notice, the student party forfeits the lesson tuition.
- If the teacher cancels a lesson for any reason, you may opt for a sub or reschedule, or refund.
